Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Walmart operations in Ochelata, OK. You will service fuel cells in electric lift trucks, perform maintenance, diagnostics, and field upgrades, and provide on-call support.

You must travel as needed and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders. High school diploma with electrical coursework and 3+ years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fleet evaluations at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to fuel cells.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required; travel as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation, safety procedures, and feedback to regional reps.
