North East Kingdom Community Action (NEKCA) seeks a Navigator - Fuel Assistance to help participants access economic support programs. You will perform intake, assist with benefit applications, coordinate referrals, and collect data to support our fuel and utility payments initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA (preferred) is desired.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake per requirements of NEKCA/grantor and verify income.
• Collect and report data into GoEngage to meet deadlines.
• Assess participants in crisis and develop response plans including referrals.
• Collaborate with community partners to address needs of low-income households.
• Follow all program guidance and policies.
• Attend staff, agency and community meetings as needed.
