Job summary

Wawa, Inc. seeks an Accounting Reconciler to ensure accurate fuel cost accounting and payment term adherence across supplier invoices and store-level inventory.

You will reconcile bills of lading, analyze invoices weekly, and collaborate with Fuel Supply and Distribution to resolve variances. Proficiency in SAP and FuelSmart is preferred; experience in A/P/A/R helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in A/P, A/R, or bookkeeping role.
• Strong PC skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile fuel bills of lading to supplier invoices to ensure term adherence.
• Analyze weekly unreconciled invoices to identify corrective actions.
• Audit and adjust weekly store fuel purchases using FuelSmart accounting system.
