Aufgaben

• Reconcile fuel bills of lading to supplier and carrier invoices.
• Audit and adjust weekly store fuel purchases using FuelSmart.
• Verify fuel costs, taxes and freight charges.
• Review store fuel inventory via FuelSmart and communicate issues.
• Prepare Weekly Fuel Gross Profit Estimate.
• Assist in training Fuel Reconciler associates.
• Resolve pricing/volume variances with suppliers to recover credits.
