You will support logistics planning, coordinate with brokers and carriers, maintain ERP records, and ensure FTZ compliance while collaborating with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• FTZ Administration: act as primary administrator for Acton FTZ warehouse, coordinate admissions/withdrawals/transfers, maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Machine Logistics Administration: support inbound/outbound transportation, schedule freight, and track shipments.
• Inventory & ERP Administration: maintain inventory transactions in ERP, track serials and locations, generate reports.
