The ideal candidate has 2 years of logistics experience, is detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and WMS/FTZ software. This is an on-site position with standard business hours and potential for bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industry experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution or related field.
• Exposure to FTZ operations or trade compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Provide logistics support to internal customer service, sales and supply chain planning teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams, 3PL providers, and customs brokers to support smooth logistics flows.
• Perform basic data entry and reporting using Excel, WMS, or FTZ software systems.
• Help maintain compliance with FTZ and U.S. CBP regulations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual reports required by CBP and the FTZ Board.
• Support day-to-day FTZ operations including recordkeeping and documentation.
• Help prepare FTZ-related documents (e214, zone status changes, inventory adjustments).
