Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a FTZ Manager to oversee all aspects of the company's Foreign Trade Zone program in Bloomington, Indiana. You will ensure CBP and FTZ Board compliance, coordinate with brokers, warehouses, and clients, and lead a cross-functional team in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing a Foreign Trade Zone operation in US logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of FTZ regulations (19 CFR Part 146) and CBP requirements.
• Proficiency with FTZ software, MS Office, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily FTZ activities, ensuring CBP compliance.
• Maintain FTZ inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Prepare regulatory reports and CBP documentation.
• Serve as main liaison with CBP port directors and FTZ Board.
