Job summary

LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented inventory control specialist to manage FTZ/DEA operations and ERP-based processes.

You will verify transactions, compile import documents, and monitor inbound shipments to ensure accurate records and compliance with FTZ/DEA guidelines. You will collaborate with distribution centers and cross-functional teams, maintaining precise reports and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in FTZ, import operations, or customs compliance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience performing routine calculations, postings, and verifications for regulatory records.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines and communicate effectively.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office) and FTZ/QAD software familiarity.
• Check accuracy of figures and postings for business transaction records.

Responsibilities

• Operate FTZ/DEA inventory control using ERP Tecsys and QAD FTZ.
• Verify and audit inventory transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare import documentation such as customs invoices and certificates of origin.
• Track receipts and manage inbound shipments and transfers as required.
• Maintain and file FTZ/DEA forms and reports on schedule.
• Advise on import/export restrictions and FTZ/DEA requirements.
