Job summary

Lifescience-Logistics is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage FTZ/DEA inventory control using Tecsys Elite and QAD FTZ. You will verify transactions, compile import documents, and coordinate with centers and agencies to ensure compliant clearance of goods.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or related field and 3–5 years in FTZ/import operations, with strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in FTZ, import operations, or customs compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data accuracy focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office and FTZ/QAD software.

Responsibilities

• Operate FTZ/DEA inventory control using ERP Tecsys Elite and QAD FTZ.
• Verify and audit inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Compile import documents such as customs invoices and certificates of origin.
• Track receipts and prepare in-transit entries and transfers as required.
• Prepare and file FTZ/DEA forms and reports on schedule.
• Ensure transactions comply with FTZ/DEA policies and procedures.
• Advise on import/export restrictions, quotas, and customs matters.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, shippers, and agencies to clear goods.
