Job summary

LifeScience Logistics is seeking a qualified professional to manage FTZ/DEA inventory control using Tecsys Elite and QAD FTZ. You will verify transactions, prepare import documents, track inbound shipments, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 3–5 years of FTZ/import experience. You will collaborate with distribution centers, shippers, and agencies to facilitate customs clearance and maintain accurate records.

• Bachelor's degree in business / supply chain, Logistics or related field and 3–5 years FTZ/import operations or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate FTZ/DEA inventory control using ERP Tecsys and QAD FTZ.
• Verify and audit inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare import documents such as customs invoices and certificates of origin.
• Track receipts and manage inbound shipments; prepare in-transit entries.
• Produce FTZ/DEA forms and reports timely and accurately.
• Advise on import/export restrictions and quotas; assist with customs.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, shippers, and agencies to clear goods.
• Audit figures and postings; maintain regulatory records.
• Maintain records and management reporting; monitor goods location.
