Job summary

LifeScience Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee FTZ/DEA inventory control usingTecsys Elite and QAD FTZ. You will verify transactions, compile import documentation, and monitor inbound shipments to maintain compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business/supply chain or related field with 3–5 years of FTZ/import experience, strong analytical abilities, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field with 3–5 years FTZ/import operations or customs compliance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Experience performing routine data entry, posting, and verification for regulatory compliance records.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and FTZ QAD entry/admission filing software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in figures, calculations, and postings.

Responsibilities

• Operate FTZ/DEA inventory control using ERP systems Tecsys and QAD FTZ.
• Verify and audit inventory transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Request or compile import documentation (customs invoices, origin certificates, etc.).
• Track receipts, manage inbound shipments, and prepare in-transit entries or permits.
• Prepare, maintain, and record FTZ/DEA forms and reports on a timely basis.
• Resolve issues to ensure accurate inventory transactions per FTZ/DEA policies.
• Advise on import/export restrictions and quotas as needed.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, shippers, and agencies to clear goods.
• Monitor goods locations and audit transaction figures.
• Maintain proper records and management reporting.
