DSV is seeking a Customs Specialist, FTZ Administrator in Miami, FL to manage FTZ operations and ensure CBP compliance. The role supports daily FTZ activities, maintains accurate documentation, and acts as a liaison among clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities include filing CBP forms, monitoring FTZ inventory, and coordinating with warehouse staff to address discrepancies. A relevant degree and 2+ years of FTZ/trade compliance experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Customs brokerage, FTZ operations, Trade Compliance.
• Licensure/certs: Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and CCS (preferred but not required).

Aufgaben

• Maintain CBP compliance with FTZ procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and submit CBP forms (Entry, CBP 214, 3461, 7501, invoices).
• Generate FTZ reports weekly, monthly, and annually for CBP.
• Coordinate FTZ activities: admissions, withdrawals, inventory movements.
• File CBP Form 214 and other required docs accurately.
• Manage FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS).
• Liaise with importers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
