Job summary

DSV is seeking a Programme Manager, Trade Compliance to ensure customs compliance and smooth import/export operations. You will lead FTZ launches, coordinate across Contract Logistics, and serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.

The role requires 5–7 years in FTZ/Trade Compliance, a strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations, and a may require a Licensed Customs Broker. Proficiency with ACE/ABI/ICRS/ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Program Management, FTZ management, Bonded Warehouses, or Trade Compliance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and FTZ operations.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred.
• Experience with a variety of commodities and industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, activate, and oversee FTZ program operations with compliance.
• Support operational teams with FTZ procedures, training, and best practices.
• Manage inventory control and reporting within FTZ environments.
• Liaise with U.S. Customs and Border Protection on FTZ-related matters.
• Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.
• Lead internal compliance reviews and process improvements.
• Lead tariff migration and duty savings strategies with stakeholders.
• Stay informed of regulatory changes impacting FTZ operations.
