Job summary

Bacardi U.S.A. Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator to manage import of tax-paid cargo, FTZ entries, and export processes while ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and CBP/FDA regulations.

You will classify goods under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, prepare customs documentation (ISF filings), maintain records, and liaise with customs, shippers and clients to facilitate smooth cross-border movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of supply chain knowledge, Import/Export experience preferred.
• Analytical ability to identify anomalies, trends, and problem-solve exceptions.
• Proficiency with ACE software; Customs records databases; Integration Point (One Source) and EditTrade.
• Understanding of CBP and FDA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure import, export and FTZ activities comply with laws and CBP & FDA regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for customs clearance; file ISF for ocean imports.
• Classify goods under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and determine duties.
• Provide guidance on customs requirements, tariffs, and shipping restrictions.
• Maintain organized records for CBP audits, FTZ compliance reviews and internal controls.
• Conduct internal audits of entries and processes; elevate compliance concerns.
• Liaise with customs officials, shipping companies and clients to resolve issues.
• Record and monitor all FTZ transactions including admissions and zone transfers.
• Calculate duties and validate brokerage accounts and payments.
