Wire 3 is hiring a FTTH technician to be one of the initial contacts for customers, ensuring seamless installation and an exceptional experience with ultra-high-speed internet.

The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a clean Florida driver's license and the potential for growth within a dynamic, equity-backed company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset required.
• Basic computer and home networking knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable testing and documentation for all media types.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic systems and networks.
• Handle fiber-related tasks including cable pulling, suspension, fiber termination, fusion splicing, and testing per NEC and local regs.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality service to business and residential customers.
• Document work performed at each customer site.
