Job summary

ES3 is seeking a Sweeper in York, PA to operate an electric riding pallet jack and move pallets through the warehouse. You will load and unload shipments, ensure pallet flow to doors, and help maintain load quality in a dynamic distribution environment.

The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and teamwork, with first-shift hours and a pay rate of $17 per hour. Training is provided, and benefits are offered from day one.

Position Overview

As a Sweeper, you will use an electric ride on pallet jack to move pallets around the warehouse. You will ensure there is flow of pallets from the staging area to the correct doors, and ensure load quality.

Job Description

Compensation and Schedule

• Earn $17 per hour
• 1st Shift - Wednesday Noon-6:30pm & Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am-6:30pm
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406
  

You will contribute by:

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
• Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors is being accomplished.
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of warehouse facility.
• Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality.
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
