Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring for a 1st shift Sweeper role focused on moving pallets with an electric riding pallet jack in our York, PA facility. You will unload trailers, ensure pallet flow to correct doors, and prepare shipments with attention to load quality.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one, PTO and holidays, and opportunities for career progression. Work involves standing and lifting throughout the shift in a 50–90 degree environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 1–60 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and quality in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack to move pallets.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
• Ensure flow from staging area to designated doors.
• Load/unload and move materials onto trucks for shipment.
• Monitor pallet construction and load quality.
• Prioritize tasks within assigned zone.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Overview

As a Sweeper, you will use an electric ride on pallet jack to move pallets around the warehouse. You will ensure there is flow of pallets from the staging area to the correct doors, and ensure load quality.

Job Description

Earn $17 per hour

1st Shift - Wednesday Noon-6:30pm & Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am-6:30pm

Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
• Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors is being accomplished.
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of warehouse facility.
• Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality.
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
