Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, ES3 facility in York, PA, is hiring a Warehouse Selector to pick, gather and organize products for delivery to local customers. You will stay active, follow safety standards, and help feed local communities through efficient order preparation.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour on day shift, with 2nd shift at $24.00 and raises to $35.00 per hour after training plus incentives. Expect a 4-day work week with potential overtime, and a benefits package from day one.

• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma is required.
• Shift 3rd Shift (United States of America)

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bays.
• Ensuring orders are accurate while following safety standards.
• Operate walkie-rider or pallet jack to move cases and apply labels.
• Use proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damage.
• Inform Supervisor of quantity or description differences.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying weights and heights.
• Follow all material handling safety procedures.

Job Description

Hiring Immediately!! Starting total Pay of $22.00 per hour Day Shift 6:30AM to 4:00PM or until work is done (10-12 hour shifts) 2nd Shift 6:30PM - 4:30PM After training receive raise to $24.00 per hour plus incentives - up to 35/hr! Uncapped earning potential plus base rate increase after training! 4 day work week 10 hour shift + OT and extra days if needed Location: ES3, 4875 N. Susquehanna Trail, York PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards
• Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)
• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damages
• Informing Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
