Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist for 1st shift to support our distribution operations. You will remove cases from pallets, place them by layers into trays in the ACP system, and operate robotics while ensuring accuracy and pallet stability.

Paid training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This role requires standing, lifting, and walking long distances during shifts.

Qualifications

• Attendance and a HS diploma or GED required.
• Initiative and reliability required.
• Safety awareness and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist, you will remove cases from full pallets and place, by layer, onto trays in the automated case pick system in the receiving area. You will also be operating robots, clearing faults, and assuring pallet integrity within the shipping area.

Job Description

• Earn $17.00 per hour
• Full Time, 1st shift
• 3 - 12 hour shifts 5am-5pm & 6 hour shift on Wednesdays
• (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

You will contribute by:

• Removing cases from full pallets, placing them by layers onto the trays located in the Automated Case Pick System
• Confirming accuracy of product while maintaining production levels and quality
• Inspecting and ensuring the stability of product on pallets

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
