Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Sweeper in York, PA to operate an electric riding pallet jack, move pallets, and ensure load quality. You will unload cross-dock trailers and manage pallet flow to dock doors, with safety as a top priority.

This role offers 1st shift hours (Wed Noon-6:30pm; Thu-Sat 6:30am-6:30pm) and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a company-matched 401k, plus weekly pay and paid training.

Position Overview

As a Sweeper, you will use an electric ride on pallet jack to move pallets around the warehouse. You will ensure there is flow of pallets from the staging area to the correct doors, and ensure load quality.

Job Description

• Earn $17 per hour
• 1st Shift - Wednesday Noon-6:30pm & Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am-6:30pm
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
• Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors is being accomplished.
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of warehouse facility.
• Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality.
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
