Job summary

ES3, LLC in York, PA is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support our distribution center operations. You will move merchandise, stage items, and help ensure timely order fulfillment in a safe, team‑oriented environment. Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one are offered, with potential overtime as required. This role helps us maintain efficient, accurate warehouse operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Team-oriented with a helpful, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/reach truck to move merchandise in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using handheld devices.
• Stack and rotate merchandise; replenish pick slots and production lines.
• Stage finished product in designated areas; load/unload from trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain safe operation of equipment.
• Assist with lifting of varying case weights as needed.

Stand up Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. • Earn $19/hour + Incentive pay when you graduate!

• Full time, Day shift (overtime as required)

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 630am-630pm & Wednesday 630am - Noon

• 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York PA

You will contribute by:

• Operating a forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse

• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology

• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment

• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

• Staging finished product in designated storage areas

• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers

• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
