Job summary

ES3, LLC seeks a motivated FTA Loader to load orders onto trailers for local stores in York, PA. This full-time, first-shift role starts at 7am, may include weekends, and offers on-the-job training with overtime as needed.

You will operate pallet jacks, verify loads with RF headsets, and ensure trailers are properly loaded and secured. Paid training and weekly pay are provided, with benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k).

• 1+ year of experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load orders onto trailers and secure pallets.
• Inspect trailers before loading and verify orders with RF devices.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Lift and move product frequently, up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain safety and complete required inspections.

As a FTA Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. • Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!

• Full Time - 1st Shift - 7am start until done (4 - 10s)

• Schedule will require at least one weekend shift

• Overtime / 5th day required as needed

• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment

• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product

• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets

• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages

• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form

• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
