Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage in our Home Health division. You will provide skilled therapy services to seniors in Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union, Morrow, Hocking and Perry counties, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care and effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
