Summary:
We are currently hiring for a full-time Pharmacist - IC Pharmacy Operations at our headquarters in Murfreesboro, TN. This role involves 8-hour shifts, totaling 32 hours per week over 4 days. The pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and administering appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, either by executing a physician’s order or by addressing the patient’s problems and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in pharmacy from an accredited university – RPh or DPh required; PharmD preferred. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in TN required, with active licenses in LA and AR or the ability to obtain them.
Experience: At least 2 years in a pharmacy setting; experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy preferred. Home infusion or hospital IV room experience required for infusion pharmacists. Must have experience with lab assessments, dosing recommendations for infusion, sterile compounding, specialty medications, side effects, and therapy management. Proficiency with pharmacy software, CADD pumps, or similar, and MS Office required.
