We are currently hiring for a full-time (8-hour shifts, 32 hours/4 days per week) Pharmacist - IC Pharmacy Operations at our headquarters in Murfreesboro, TN. This position is responsible for preparing and administering appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, either by executing a physician’s order or by addressing the patient’s problems and needs.
Education: Bachelor's in pharmacy degree from an accredited university – RPh or DPh required. PharmD preferred. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in TN required. Must also have an active, unrestricted license in LA and AR, or be eligible for licensure in these states.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting required; specialty or infusion pharmacy experience preferred. Home infusion or hospital IV room experience required for infusion pharmacists. Must have experience in lab assessments and providing dosing recommendations specific to infusion, sterile compounding, specialty medications, side effects, assessments, and therapy management. Experience with pharmacy software, CADD pumps or similar devices, and MS Office is required.
