We are currently hiring for a full-time Pharmacist - IC Pharmacy Operations at our headquarters in Murfreesboro, TN. The position involves 8-hour shifts, totaling 32 hours per week, over 4 days. This role is responsible for preparing and administering appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, either by executing a physician’s order or by addressing the patient’s problems and needs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited university—RPh or DPh required. PharmD preferred. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in TN required. Must also hold active, unrestricted licenses in LA and AR or be eligible for licensure in these states.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting required; specialty or infusion pharmacy experience preferred. Home infusion or hospital IV room experience required for infusion pharmacists. Experience in lab assessments, dosing recommendations specific to infusion, sterile compounding, specialty medications, side effects, assessments, and therapy management. Proficiency with pharmacy software, CADD pumps or similar devices, and MS Office required.
