Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Medication Technician for The Barclay at Boynton Beach to support resident health, distribute medications, and document progress. This full-time evening shift runs 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and compassionate care for older adults.

Qualified candidates will have a state Medication Technician license, a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid preferred, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
