Overview

A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Assign work and supervise team members in all Front Office procedures, including guest check-in/check-out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone services, and managing room rates and availability.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and resolving complaints.
  • Schedule, assign daily tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and train team members.
  • Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance.
  • Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic and operational needs.
