FT Valet Attendant - Hilton Orrington (Finance)

A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting arriving and departing guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
2. Retrieving vehicle keys and providing receipts to guests.
3. Transporting guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
4. Assisting guests with luggage.
5. Retrieving guest items from vehicles upon request.
6. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
