Job Description

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join Graduate by Hilton Evanston and its team of hospitality professionals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, operating hours, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with amenities such as soap, tissues, and glasses.
• Identify and report items left behind by guests, following hotel procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to multitask effectively.
