Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand seeks a Front Desk & Guest Care associate in Raleigh, NC. You will be the hub of guest interaction, delivering proactive, courteous service and handling guest needs around the clock. The role may cross-train at the lobby bar; must be 21+ to work evenings.

Starting wage is $16/hour with full-time benefits for associates. Previous hotel experience is welcome but not required, and you will operate with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, privacy, and professional

Front Desk & Guest Care

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
• Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Starting wage: $16/hour

MUST have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We are also looking to cross-train our front desk staff to work in the small lobby bar during evening shifts as needed. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and willing to cross-train at the bar. No experience necessary. Pay will remain at the starting hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn additional tips.

Education and Experience:

Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing at the front desk, up to 8 hours at a time.
