Job summary

Kendal at Lexington is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the daily lives of residents in a long-term care and assisted living setting. You will help deliver quality, person-centered dining experiences and work within a team that values respect and collaboration.

The role offers flexible scheduling (both full-time and part-time), with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Serve meals to residents with courtesy and compassion.
  • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep and support the culinary team as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and coworkers.

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM|10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.35/hr. |Based on years of experience

What You Will Do

What You Bring
