Kendal at Lexington is seeking a Dietary Aide to support long‑term care and assisted living residents with nourishing, person‑centered dining experiences. The role offers alternating shifts (6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 10:30 AM–7:30 PM) with weekend rotation, and a competitive hourly pay of $18.00–$20.35.

Serve meals to long‑term care and assisted living residents with courtesy and compassion
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
Assist with basic kitchen prep and support the culinary team as needed
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and coworkers
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required
A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑based setting
Dependability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
