Planet Fitness Altoona is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and log amenities, ensuring a superior Judgement Free experience. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8am–4pm with starting pay of $12 per hour and scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter.

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L152 Altoona - Altoona, PA 16602, Job Shift: First Shift, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (subject to change)

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
