Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Pennsburg, PA. Starting pay is $15 per hour for 24 hours per week, with scheduled shifts 8-2 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 10-4 on Sundays. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, based on tenure.

The role supports a high-volume fitness environment and offers benefits such as PTO, an employee assistance program, and free Black Card Membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
