Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Shamokin Dam location. Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
