Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Norristown, PA. You will provide superior service to members and guests, answer phones, greet and sign up members, and support daily club operations in a Judgement Free environment.

This full-time role offers a first shift from 7am to 3pm with starting pay at $12 per hour. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on performance and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
