Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and providing emotional support, while engaging residents in meaningful activities.

The position includes a night shift (11pm-7am) with every-other-weekend availability and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• 11pm-7am including every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
• Starting rate of $19.00Hourly

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
