Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and report changes to the care team while providing emotional support.

The role requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, with prior experience preferred. All shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) are available, and every other weekend is included.

Formación

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with people with dementia is desired.
• All shifts available 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.
• All shifts include every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
• Starting rate $19.00Hourly

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
• All shifts available 7am-3pm,3pm-11pm,11pm-7am
• All shifts include every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday
