Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of food manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred; HACCP/HARPC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA technicians on the assigned shift.
• Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct audits and assist the FSQA manager in ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare facility for GFSI and customer-specific audits.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, foreign material incidents, and environmental issues.
• Verify production paperwork and perform production floor checks.
• Execute GMP and SSOP audits and ensure cleanliness.
• Oversee HACCP reassessment annually.
• Facilitate Team Member food safety training.
• Flexible hours with coverage on other shifts as needed.
• Occasional weekend work as directed by Manager.
• Communicate with onsite regulators (USDA).
