Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor for 1st shift in Newbern, TN. You will lead FSQA technicians, verify records, and prepare for GFSI and customer audits while ensuring compliance with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs on your shift.

The role requires at least 1 year in food manufacturing, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year in food manufacturing; supervisory exp preferred.
• HACCP/HARPC knowledge and USDA/GMP/SSOP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities
