Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to oversee quality processes during manufacturing. You will organize the QC program, execute testing plans, verify compliance, and mentor the FSQA team to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMPs, leading training and performance reviews, inspecting records, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in food safety/quality assurance or related field.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing CPG or food.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Ability to model integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enforce formal QC processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor QC team; resolve conflicts and maintain motivation.
• Ensure training and development plans; conduct annual performance assessments.
• Ensure GMP compliance and assist in policy development.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and implement feedback.
• Apply testing standards to meet deadlines and evaluate team performance.
• Conduct QA testing as needed and document results for production trials.
• Review quality records and manufacturing docs for compliance and accuracy.
• Adhere to SOPs related to quality control and food safety programs.
• Manage quality support programs: non-conforming product, customer complaints incl. root-cause investigations and corrective actions, 3rd party testing, customer sampling/testing; foster professional workplace culture.
