Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking an FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor to advance its digital quality ecosystem. You will design, configure, and optimize enterprise QMS and other manufacturing platforms to transform food safety and quality into scalable digital workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years QA related experience preferred.
• Experience with Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with manufacturing execution or enterprise business systems.
• Workflow development and process automation experience.
• Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development experience.
• Cross-functional project leadership and system implementation experience.
• Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise QMS and other digital platforms.
• Develop automated workflows and digital processes to improve food safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and data analytics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development to identify improvements.
• Support system implementation, testing, training, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
• Participate in CI initiatives and standardization across the organization.

Job description

The FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor plays a critical role in advancing Westrock Coffee's digital quality ecosystem by developing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other manufacturing digital platforms. This position transforms food safety, quality, and operational requirements into scalable digital workflows, automated processes, and data driven tools that strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, and enhance visibility across the manufacturing network.

Job Duties:

• Lead development, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other manufacturing digital platforms.
• Develop automated workflows, business logic, and digital processes to improve food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting, and data analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and implementation of new technologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required. Prefer degree to be in a science discipline.
• Two to five years QA related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Manufacturing execution or enterprise business systems

• Cross-functional project leadership and system implementation
