Job summary

Domino's is seeking an FSQA Manager, Technical Services to serve as the technical authority for ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, specification management and product quality performance. You will lead projects from concept to full-scale implementation and partner with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, and suppliers.

You will travel up to 30% and be on call as needed, guiding consumer and analytical testing, reviewing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years in Food Safety & Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably in QSR.
• Relevant food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP, IFT) or continuous education.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new ingredients, suppliers and renovations.
• Act as technical authority for supplier qualification, scale-up, trials and validation.
• Drive complex projects for innovation, supply continuity, and onboarding.
• Review and update ingredient and supplier specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate changes to leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements for quality, cost, and development.
• Oversee food safety and QA activities during ingredient commercialization and testing.
• Plan consumer and analytical product testing to support decisions.
