Job summary

Domino's Corporate is seeking an FSQA Specialist to support product quality and technical services by performing product evaluations, sensory testing, ingredient assessments, and lab operations. You will partner with QA, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure ingredients meet safety, quality, and brand standards.

The role involves coordinating evaluations, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining technical records, and assisting R&D with product development activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in food science, food manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably in quick-service restaurant industry.
• Experience conducting product evaluations, laboratory testing, sensory testing, or food manufacturing activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, product renovation, quality improvement, and new product development through evaluations and data collection.
• Plan, organize, schedule, set up, execute, and report product and ingredient evaluations and audits.
• Analyze evaluation data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for QA, Procurement, Product Development, and R&D teams.
• Maintain technical records, databases, specifications, test protocols, and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate procurement, receipt, inventory, and disposal of samples for evaluations and testing.
• Maintain clean, safe QA laboratory and assist R&D with sensory testing and kitchen support.
• Travel as necessary to conduct sensory setups and activities supporting QA, Procurement, and R&D initiatives.
