Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a FSQA Specialist to support Product Quality and Technical Services programs by conducting product evaluations, sensory testing, and ingredient assessments. You will coordinate with QA, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure ingredients meet safety, quality, and brand standards.

The role involves planning evaluations, analyzing data, maintaining technical records, and assisting R&D with sensory testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in food science, food manufacturing, or restaurant/retail business.
• 1+ year of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably in QSR.
• Experience conducting product evaluations, lab testing or sensory testing.

Responsibilities

• Support ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, product renovation, innovation, and QA projects through evaluations, data collection, and coordination.
• Plan, organize, schedule, execute, and report product and ingredient evaluations and audits, including communications and database oversight.
• Analyze evaluation data; identify trends; develop recommendations for Technical Services, Procurement, Product Development, and Quality teams.
• Maintain technical records, databases, specifications, test protocols, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, receipt, inventory, storage, preparation, shipment, and disposal of samples; manage ingredients and packaging for lab area.
• Maintain clean, safe QA lab, test kitchen, and shipping/receiving areas; assist R&D with product development and sensory testing.
• Travel as necessary to support QA, Procurement, and R&D initiatives.
