Job summary

Domino's FSQA Manager, Technical Services leads as the technical authority for ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, specification management, and product quality performance. You will guide complex innovation and renovation projects from concept to full-scale implementation across cross-functional teams.

You will manage scale-up, supplier approval, testing, and risk assessment while ensuring brand standards and food safety compliance in a fast-paced, global QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of test plan development, data collection, statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Understand and track market relevant data streams to predict impacts to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex innovation and renovation projects through onboarding and qualification of new suppliers and ingredients for projects.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve Domino's Technical Services QA policies and procedures.
• Review, create, and modify specifications for new ingredients and suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end commercialization activities from concept through implementation.
• Serve as technical authority for scale-up, supplier qualification, troubleshooting, trials, and data-driven decisions.
