Job summary

Domino's Corporate is seeking an FSQA Manager, Technical Services to act as the technical authority for ingredient commercialization and supplier qualification. You will partner with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, and suppliers to ensure ingredients meet safety, quality, and brand standards.

You will lead scale-up, troubleshooting, plant trials, and validation while guiding cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Food Science or related field with 10+ years in Food Safety/QA or Product Development preferred in QSR.
• Relevant certifications such as Serve Safe or HACCP.
• Strong data analysis, ability to present data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex innovation and supplier qualification for ingredients and products.
• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Review and modify specifications for new ingredients and suppliers.
• Oversee end-to-end commercialization from concept to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams on technical projects and communicate impacts to leadership.
