Klosterman Baking Company seeks a Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Manager to lead the Quality and Sanitation Departments at the Hebron bakery and drive the SQF Food Safety Management System to ensure compliant finished products for customers.

The role requires key certifications (HACCP, PCQI for Human Food, Internal Auditor, Food Defense Plan) and coordination of audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across QA and sanitation teams.

Competenze

• HACCP certification is required.
• PCQI for Human Food certification required.
• Internal Auditor certification required.
• Food Defense Plan Preparation and Reanalysis certification required.

Mansioni

• Lead the Quality and Sanitation Departments to meet food safety and quality objectives.
• Coordinate SQF Food Safety Management System development and implementation.
• Attend and lead mandatory meetings (FSQA, Management Review, HACCP, SQD, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
