Job summary

Klosterman Bakery in Springfield, OH is seeking an FSQA Manager to lead the Quality and Sanitation Departments and serve as the SQF Practitioner, guiding the development and implementation of the SQF Food Safety Management System.

This role ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates audits, and collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Corporate teams to deliver safe, quality products while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold HACCP Certification.
• PCQI for Human Food required.
• Internal Auditor Certification desirable.
• Food Defense Plan Preparation and Reanalysis knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Quality and Sanitation Departments to ensure food safety and quality.
• Acts as SQF Practitioner, developing and implementing SQF Food Safety Management System.
• Ensures compliance with federal, statutory, local, SQF and AIB requirements.
• Attends corporate/site meetings and oversees audits and inspections.
• Maintains raw material and finished product testing data and analysis.
